  • What is a service dog?

    The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) defines a service dog as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. The disability may be physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities.


    Under the ADA, a service dog must be trained to perform tasks that directly relate to the person’s disability. For example, a dog may assist with tasks like guiding a blind person, alerting someone with hearing impairments to sounds, or providing support for a person with a psychiatric condition, such as PTSD, by reminding them to take medications or offering calming pressure.


    The key point is that the dog must be trained to do specific tasks that mitigate the impact of the disability, and it must be under control at all times in public spaces.

  • Can my dog become a service dog?

    Any breed of dog can become a service dog - but they have to have the right personality and health!

  • Is an emotional support animal the same thing?

    Not at all! An ESA or therapy dog is different than a service dog.

  • What types of service dogs can you train?

    We specialize in training service dogs for mobility, psychiatric support, medical alert, allergen alert, and medical response. However, we do not provide training for guide dogs.

  • Are your memberships affordable?

    Absolutely! Our memberships are much more affordable compared to traditional service dog training programs, which can range from $10,000 to $50,000. We take pride in offering the most affordable and comprehensive training options, giving you the support you need at a fraction of the cost.
